I came across a few more picture on my phone of our farm part of the vacation and had to post these too!
Uncle Rob and Josie...this was huge, as Josie is usually pretty hesitant of others.
These two were inseparable for two days straight! Cousins!
Some time at the local lake throwing rocks.
You don't see merry-go-rounds very often anymore. I guess you have to drive all the way to small town IA to have fun on these!
Gwen showing Grandma and Grandpa that she can pump all by herself!
At the farm, we take baths in the sink!

Kennedy Family Vacation Part 1
We had a great first leg to our vacation at the farm, visiting my parents. The kids love the wide open spaces and seeing their cousins. It was a great few days of celebrating my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary, four-wheeler rides, garden cart rides and playing with Uncle Bryan's kittens. More pics to come!

10 months Old
Josie turned 10 months old on Sunday! I can't believe how fast time is flying with her. She has quite a few new tricks at 10 months old. She is starting to move! Not full fledged crawling yet...more like she does an inch worm. But she is definitely covering some ground. She is also pulling up to things...mostly on her knees, but she has stood up a couple of times. She loves to play peek-a-boo, clap her hands and wave bye, bye. She sometimes starts to crawl, then stops, and claps her hands for herself. So proud of herself ;) Fun to see her actually understand that clapping is for something good and exciting! She has a few words already too...cracker, dada, hi, yeah, and I swore she was trying to say "jackie" the other day.
She is eating all table foods now and still takes a bottle about 3 times a day. She is starting to figure out the sippy cup by herself and will drink her water from that. She loves pretty much all foods, but her favorites are cheese, crackers, pasta, strawberries, grapes, peas, carrots, yogurt, bread and pizza.
She pretty much sleeps like a rock star comparably. She goes to bed about 730pm (depending on what we are up to in the evenings) and sleeps until about 7am. Once in awhile I have to go in and give her a pacifier and rock her back to sleep...but nothing on a regular basis. She takes mostly two naps a day...but seems like on Sundays, with church, she only gets one and does just fine with that. She is just ready for bed that night!
She still just has two bottom teeth, but I can see the top two coming in. They seem to be bothering her a little bit, but doesn't interrupt sleep too much..so I'm thankful for that.
Josie is a little sweetheart and loves to flirt with her little eyes. She loves to snuggle and is definitely a momma's girl right now. Everyone seems to comments on her big blue eyes and smile.
We just love her to pieces and love seeing her personality grow as she grows!
Happy 10 months to our Sweet Josephine!

Farmstead Visit
We made it to the Farmstead last weekend...here are a few pictures from our visit.
The kids have always loved playing in the garden. Jackie has always loved this statue of a girl, "Lily." I have a picture of Jackie and this statue every year. I need to get all the pictures together and compare, because now Jackie towers over "Lily."
My three little flowers!
Beau enjoying the "springy" horses..
Gwen and Beau playing school
Josie thought the schoolhouse looked like a perfect time to do some baby yoga!

Family Fishing
We took the crew fishing on Memorial Day and they all had a blast. The fish were small, but plentiful. Everyone reeled in more than one fish and we were impressed they pretty much did it by themselves. It was a fun family day!
